Cancellation policy

Cancellation - You can cancel at any time from your account, using the subscription management link in your confirmation and welcome emails. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Monthly plan - If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. An issue you have already been billed for will still be mailed to you.

Prepaid plans - You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Your prepaid term runs to completion — you will receive every issue you have already paid for. We do not refund issues that have not yet mailed, because the prepaid price reflects the length of the commitment.

Renewal - Monthly subscriptions continue month to month until cancelled. Prepaid plans do not automatically renew. When a prepaid term ends, the subscription ends and you are not charged again. We will email you before your final issue so you can decide whether to continue.

Returns - Letters and artifacts cannot be returned. If an envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at hello@lettersfromlaurelcreek.com and we will make it right.
